- a girl in her twenties with poor hair extensions late by 20 minutes and excuse about not being able to park her car anywhere because she had no change to pay for the car park. Little S's answered that next time she should maybe leave home on time and make sure she has a petite cash.
- a guy with dreadlocks saying we are racists because we are not going to see him when he was late for an hour and fifteen minutes for his interview. Reason of lateness was that he was feeling poorly. Well I wouldn't get my job if I was so late so why somebody else should get such chance?
- a guy in a suit who was late by 2 days. Was told to come on Friday at 10am and showed up Tuesday at 11.30am. When asked why he answered that he couldn't come on Friday because he had birthday and he decided to pop in on other day

time keeping
We had 3 people late on their interview today:
why do I care?
Last month had been a bit difficult for me. I had 2 accidents, and had to take a loan to buy new car. My friends had been splitting and coming back and some other friends expected me to give up everything to help them... and that what I wanted to write about.
Some people think that you are obligated to find them a job because you have partied together, lived together or know somebody that they know. No matter to them is the fact that you know that they drink every day or that on most of the occasions they didn't show up to other work. Lets say that Mr T is trying this with me:
- so why you didn't send me to work, M went, S went and you didn't send me in?!
- because I don't believe that you will get up at 5am to be at work at 6
- i could do that for a day or two.
- I know, but it is ongoing work for a next 8 weeks and you wouldn't do it for so long. I need to give my clients somebody who will do whole 8 weeks period...
- but I'm your friend...
And what I should say now? That my reputation depends on people that I send to work? That it's fine to have lazy and chilled out friends but it is a pain in back side to have lazy and chilled out workforce?
